2024 Local Church Constitution

This edition of the Local Church Constitution and By-Laws contains amendments as approved by the May 2024 General Conference. In order for an affiliated local church to enact any of the amendments herein approved by the General Conference, a congregational meeting must duly adopt either this edition in its entirety or such individual amendments of the General Conference as are approved by the local membership.  The adoption of such amendments shall be in accordance with the amending article (or by-law as the case may be) of the Local Church Constitution and By-Laws.

Cette édition de la Constitution et règlements de l’église locale contient des amendements approuvés par le Congrès général de mai 2024. Pour qu’une église locale affiliée puisse appliquer les amendements approuvés par le Congrès général, une assemblée générale doit dûment adopter soit la présente édition dans son intégralité, soit les amendements individuels du Congrès général approuvés par les membres de l’église locale. L’adoption de ces amendements se fera conformément à l’article (ou au règlement, selon le cas) de la Constitution et règlements de l’église locale.
